Postcards to Power: Our Clean Energy Future
October 6 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Join us for Florida Climate Week™ as we write postcards directly to our elected officials and JEA board members — telling them what our clean energy future should look like and what we expect from them as leaders: retiring coal at JEA, investing in solar energy, and giving the public a real seat at the table where our energy decisions are made. We’ll also dig into the health impacts of air quality, discuss practical strategies for managing rising electricity bills, and explore what meaningful action looks like for you. Everyone is welcome, and all supplies will be provided.
Kids are welcome too. They’ll have their own great craft: making solar-themed glow-in-the-dark bracelets! Come make your voice heard and help power Jacksonville’s future.
