Community Gaps SWFL is a community-driven initiative by The Healthy Earth Organization focused on identifying and addressing the most pressing gaps impacting Southwest Florida. Through listening sessions, collaboration, and local engagement, the program brings together residents, business leaders, nonprofits, and policymakers to create meaningful conversations around business and economic development, public policy, and local action. Our goal is to strengthen communities by helping turn ideas, concerns, and challenges into collaborative solutions that improve quality of life throughout Southwest Florida.
